What will I get with my membership?You will receive information that will help you in your Divorce through a weekly Informative Newsletter. As you go through the process, you will be prepared to know what to expect with each step. You will know what to take with you when you meet with your attorney. Because you are prepared, the time spent with the attorney will be reduced and thus will save you money.

Are there events I can attend with my membership?It will give you a chance to meet other people in a positive, relaxing and informative atmosphere that will encompass everything from “How to Reinvent Yourself”, “How to Write a Resume”, “I got the money – now what do I do?” and more topics. As a member, you are entitled to discounts the hotel as well as all vendors at the event. Your marriage may be over but your life is not.

How will I know what paper work I need?The required financial statements may vary with each state, but we will provide a complete and detail list of what your attorney is looking for. For example, do you qualify for a QDRO? We will explain what and how the process is done. The more prepared you are, the better job your attorney will be able to do for you and the better chance you will have at reaching a settlement that addresses your long-term financial needs and thus secure your financial future

Can I keep Financial Control during my divorce?The more prepared and the more knowledgeable you are, the better your chances. With your membership, we will help you understand the difference between Personal and Marital property, how property is valued/divided, retirement and pensions, spouse and child support, tax problems and solutions, and much more.
